My Van Wert native aunt and uncle moved to Ann Arbor; they never acquired the Michigan accent, but their children, my cousins, sure did, more nasal vowels. Travelling in Europe several times I've asked Americans, after hearing them, next to me at a bar: "Are you from Michigan?" Sure enough every time! I took the quiz. It put me in Fort Wayne, Indiana-Toledo, Ohio, area. Dead on! VW is about 20 miles from Fort Wayne.
Interesting that my result on the Times quiz had heavy probability very close to where I grew up and spent the first 28 years of my life, but also showed some probability in the area 1500 miles away where I subsequently lived for 40 years.

In a just world not run by cowards, so called Western leaders would have already called for the arrest of Xi, Putin, Trump, the new Ayatollah, same as the old Ayatollah…and Netanyahu would not even cross the mind of a Zohran Mancommies pathetic, evil smile, I mean mind…God HELP U.S. We the Living in Kakistocracy

It's possible that he genuinely believes that Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping are trustworthy. It's possible that he genuinely believes that they care about his feelings. He certainly says things like this often enough.
It's also possible that he's just saying words and has no concept of whether they're related to reality in any way. He seems to be a perfect solipsist: nobody truly exists other than himself.
Also, Senator Maybank's clothes are lovely, but his hair looks super fake.
