I was married to and dated quite a few conservatives in my lifetime...my ex used to joke that he didn't know why we bothered to vote, as we canceled each other out...lol
We had differences, but we didn't let it interfere with other things in our marriage. We liked to debate. ( as I did with my Republican father)...I think, besides the fact that the ex and other BF's were attracted to me, which was a bit puzzling at the time, I was adored my dad, and he was a conservative to my liberal...we disagreed a lot, but, not in things I thought were deal breaking...
And I was surrounded where I lived with a lot of Red to begin with...lol
If only Mike Pence had gone to Congress the morning after the atrocity of January 6th and demanded the resignation of the President of the United States. I am happy je did the right thing and followed his Constitutionally prescribed duty…and did not play along with the big fing lie about the Art of the Steal…but it took the V.P. til the bitter end to finally oppose The Don…To the Village Idiwitt, Mike Pence is not a hero, just doing his duty…which requires no thanks.
There will be a special place in hell for those so called leaders who coddle and have nothing but praise for dick tators…Speaking of Venezuela, did you hear the latest about The Don being in cahoots with the El Salvadoran crime boss, I mean Presidente….Pro Publica exposé’s usually make this here Benjy Compson soundalike plead sanity.

Pence is despised by today's "conservatives" (which they aren't), and one can disagree with some of his political views, but yes, he is a man. When Trump said he'd "go down as a wimp," I imagine him having said "I'd prefer that to being a traitor, which is what I would be if I did what you want, Mr. President." Thanks Mr. Nordlinger.
Pence was a Trumper, until the bitter end, when his conscience finally got the best of him. But like I have been proverbially screaming for years, the G.O.P. Crasher is not a Republican, not a conservative, and the unholy Trump Bible Publisher is definitely not Christian…that is all…as I prefer clarity, to agreement, so no need to hit the like button.
